These are some of the cutest ruffle shorts I have seen. They are shorts not panties because they do not have the crotch lining. They actually come down enough to cover your butt cheeks which kind of gives the that old school pin up knicker look. Perfect to wear with any costume, or short dress. Great Pajama bottom or fun bedroom wear. The waist band is a yoga style roll it down for low waist, or unroll it for coverage to the belly button.
Some of the bubble colors may come with a white waistband if main color is unavailable in lycra.
